At Heavyliftequip, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your purchase, we offer a clear and straightforward return and refund process.

Returns

Items may be returned within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to request a return:

1.   Contact us with your order details

2.   Receive return instructions and authorization

3.   Ship the item back using a trackable service

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Please note:

1.   If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), return shipping costs are covered

2.   If the return is for personal reasons, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

3.   Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for a refund

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if processing has not begun. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
